Silver Sun Hard Cider Recipe

Silver Sun Cider Recipe

Silver Sun Hard Cider Recipe makes a semi-dry/sweet hard cider relying on the SafAle S-04 to leave a little residual sugar. This helps to bring out the aromas and flavors of the Mutsu apple. It should have a pale silvery to yellow color and a medium to high level of carbonation. The ABV should be in the 5-6% range. The mouthfeel will come from the carbonation and the residual sugar giving it a medium weight in your mouth. It will pair well with burgers, sandwiches, and pizza.
